Ordered ahead and when I got there to pick up they said the food wasn’t ready. 20 minutes after standing they checked and said the order was ready. Food is cold from just standing there
Taqueria El Gallo has pretty good food. I been here a few times and I usually order the super burrito that Is 15.99$ and the tacos are good too. 4 dollars for each taco which Is fine just a little greasy and dry. The service has to be better though, no greeting when you walk In and no thanks or have a good day just very silent. I asked for a few hot sauces and there was none in my bag. Prices are a little high here but still a good place to eat!
After a long 5-hour drive from LA, we stopped here to charge the Tesla and I couldn’t resist revisiting an old favorite. When I lived in Dublin about 10 years ago, Taqueria El Gallo was my go-to spot, and I’m happy to say it’s still just as delicious as I remembered! My friend ordered the birria beef tacos and loved them only $15 with rice and beans. I went for the chilaquiles with red sauce, and they were kind enough to top it with cold veggies and a side of black beans. I’m vegan, and it’s so rare to find places that truly accommodate me, but they made sure everything was 100% vegan. When I say I’m still drooling over this dish, I mean it. The flavor, the freshness, everything was on point. 🌶️✨
